Rotogravure printing Machine
The rotogravure printing process is known for producing high-quality prints in large quantities. Instead of plates, graphics are etched directly onto metal cylinders using acids, with the depth of the etch affecting color intensity. This method is primarily used for items like wallpaper, gift wrapping, and luxury packaging due to its high cost and efficiency in handling large orders. Rotogravure excels in providing a clean, professional finish, but it’s less common compared to more cost-effective methods like flexo or digital printing, which are better suited for diverse materials.
Solvent-based lamination machine

Slitting machines
A slitting machine, also known as a slitter rewinder, is used in the converting industry to cut large rolls of material into narrower ones, called master rolls, which are often made as large as possible for cost efficiency. These machines consist of an unwind, slitter, and rewind. They allow businesses to buy standard-size rolls and slit them to the exact size needed, reducing material cost and inventory. For example, ATM receipts start as master rolls and are slit into smaller rolls for use. This machine offers high-speed slitting and durability, ideal for tamper-evident band slitting in closure production.
